Had a great time at the Harbor Hotel even though rain did eventually come. We moved indoors and the event continued. Beautiful hotel. Thanks to Grace for setting this up!

Flight Deck Gig Saturday June 25th
Had a blast at Flight Deck on Saturday night. It was a hot 92+ degree day. But once the sun went down and people could sit out on the picknick tables it was a perfect summer night. Met fellow Parrot heads Ed and his wife. Handed them out the Hawaiian Leis before the Beach Boys Kokomo, Margaritaville, and Saturday Night tribute songs and everyone was jammin....great folks. Also, Andy from Bath was a riot and may have had one too many Sub Hunter drafts, LOL, a big thanks to Julia, Brandan, Jazmyn and Andy for helping to load the truck after the gig BTW.

'Jumpin' Joe Styzinski dropped by the other night at the gig to blast away on his blues harps. This guy can play like Charlie MuscleWhite, James Cotton, or Junior Wells. it was a real blast and the crowd loved it! Hope Joe will drop by again real soon!
Fairground Restaurant & Cafe
Played at the Fairground Café on Friday June 19th. Thanks to the friends who showed up at the gig and thanks to Perry Leavitt. Perry picked up an antique Jukebox since I last played there. Besides being the owner of the Fairground Restaurant & Cafe he's also a collector of many fine antiques which he proudly displays in his restaurant. I had a great time as always playing at the Fairground located in Topsham Fair Mall. Besides being located in the largest mall between Portland and Augusta located right off route 295 the Fairground Café offers a variety of delicious appitizers and desserts. The haddock fish & chips are excellent and they don't skimp on haddock at all. Most people can't even finish it in one sitting. They also have a great bar that was built when the original café was completely remodeled. It's a fun place to eat especially on Friday or Saturday nights when they offer live entertainment. It's one of the few places in Topsham and Brunswick that hires local Maine musicians to perform regularly. So, hat's off to the Fairground Reastaurant & Café for that and for being a great place to bring folks of any age just to relax, get together with family and have a great meal at a reasonable price.
Surf Six
Played at Surf Six out on the deck this weekend. It was a sunny, beautiful day. A bit windy later in the afternoon, but still awesome. Thanks to Matt and Andrew for inviting me over this year. I had a great time out at the beach. I did get a little sun burned but not too bad. Next time I'll pop up the umbrella !!! See you soon. Oh, and if you havn't been to Surf Six you should really check this place out when your down at Old Orchard Beach. They have the best deck right on the beach. You can see the pier, and check out the folks on the beach, listen to the ocean waves and just chill out with the salt air blowing in your face while sipping a Margarita or a cold beer. They also have the best burgers in town with lot's of other great options to choose from off their large menu.
